Surrounding wooden structure significantly improved - work underaken by private company.
Access to a number of the platforms/hides was cleared of overgrown vegetation. Equipment needed was provided by FOGL.
FoGL volunteers required to sign forms to become wardens - insurance problems!!

The work took two Tuesday mornings.
This popular platform was in need of extra viewing space and after some discussion work started.

John Marsh approached Tom Dalrymple (NRW) about a hide/VP overlooking a section of Prior's lagoon previously inaccessable. After a number of on site meetings, it was decided to construct a VP (now called John Marsh VP) overlooking Prior's lagoon.

Work started at the end of August, and was completed in about 4/5 weeks meeting one/twice a week.
This has proved a very popular facility.
A major clearing of rubbish around a section of the Sea Wall took place in 2015 involving NRW and FOGL personnel.
